In Quantum Cognition, the mathematical formalism of Quantum Mechanics is applied to ideas. Surprisingly, this approach models idea manipulation better than, for example, fuzzy logic. However, it has been applied to individual minds up to now. In a conference paper, Daniele Vilone and Mario Paolucci present the quantum extension of one of the simplest opinion dynamics models, the Voter Model, and show how this preserves uncertainty even after the system has reached convergence.
